Delivery & Returns
As soon as you’ve clicked the ‘Buy’ button, our delivery team get to work, striving to get your order out to you quickly and securely. We currently ship only to Australian customers. Please note, all delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
Next working day delivery services are available on orders placed before 4pm (subject to stock availability). Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays and on weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
To view estimated shipping costs before you place your order, add an item to your cart and enter your destination ZIP code into the Shipping Calculator. Actual shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Shipping charges will vary based on weight, shipping origin and destination.
The following terms and conditions apply to all sales unless there is a written contractual agreement stating otherwise. Return privileges are subject to various manufacturers’ policies. Many manufacturers have imposed certain return restrictions. Consequently, AppleWorks reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. Be sure to ask your Account Manager about specific return conditions before you purchase any item.
Returning faulty goods
We have a policy in place covering any item which might turn up faulty (or ‘Dead on Arrival’) within 14 days. If your item is confirmed as faulty within this time, we’ll happily swap it or foot the bill for a refund, and we’ll cover the cost of getting it back to us and also the delivery costs for the replacement items if required.In some instances we may offer to put you in touch with the manufacturer, but only when this is the quickest route to getting you a replacement. We will cover the cost of the consumer sending the goods to the manufacturer. For faults that develop outside of the 14 day DOA period, we will where possible facilitate the return and repair in line with the terms of the manufacturers warranty. The collection and delivery charges will be covered by Jigsaw24 and the cost of the repair will be covered under the warranty unless signs of damage or misuse are apparent on inspection. Again, in some instances we may offer to put you in touch with the manufacturer, but only when this is the quickest route to getting you a repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning non-faulty goods
You have a right to return your product within 30 days from the day you receive it. We offer an exchange or refund for the return of goods returned to us in full working order. If you wish to cancel your order, please make sure you let us know within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Where there is nothing faulty with the items you ordered, you will need to cover the cost of returning it to us. Any requests for refund or credit made outside the 30 day window is entirely at our discretion. The item(s) returned must be as new and in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Packaging of Returns
All returns, defective or otherwise, must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer’s packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns, open or used products, or products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and our ability to remarket the returned product. AppleWorks will refuse any return of items missing UPC codes.
All refused orders (for reasons other than shipping damage) will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable if shipment is refused at the time of delivery. In addition, refused orders will be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to AppleWorks.
